Return & Refund Policy

As most NITO SPORTS products are custom-made, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly manufactured items. Customers must provide clear photos and an unboxing video as proof and contact us immediately after receiving the order.

Products must be reported and returned within 7 days in Pakistan and 15–20 days for international orders, subject to prior approval and shipping arrangements.

After verification, we will offer a suitable replacement or refund, depending on the issue and agreed order terms. Custom-made products cannot be returned for personal preferences or changes of mind.
